RTMT and Real Time Data

So, my enterprise has CUCM running and configured correctly, and I can use RTMT to retrieve "Real Time Data" from call logs for 3+ months ago without issue.

But I need to pull call logs for a period of approximately 45 days.

Do I really need to spend ~3 hours with a GUI pulling this data piece by piece out of 60 minute long blocks?

Surely there's a way for me to dump the raw data for the time period in question, and then just use the resulting CSV files to trim out what I don't need?

I've been able to use the tool in "System -> Trace & Log Central -> Collect Files" in order to pull a mass of what turn out to be poorly named csv files, but for some reason, selecting the actual date range that I need results in the tool pulling only files for the last 30 days.

Can anyone provide some insight to this?  Am I simply using the tools incorrectly?

Hi there

Just curious if you are looking for CDR you can go to Unifed serviceability >> Tools >> CDR Analysis and Reporting. Here you can specify the dates.

Hope this helps

what is it exactly you are after, RTMT is not really suitable to pull call records, it contains details of singnalling and DB comms/app comms. depending on your level of detail, they can be quite cumbersome to analyse.

Well, I've tried several methods of pulling call records with CDR Reporting and Analysis, and it does the same thing every time.  It doesn't seem to matter how I pull it.  The CDR file only goes back 60 days(pulled a fresh one this morning, and sure enough, the first call showing in that file is from April 6th), and the CMR file has no timestamps at all, so it's pretty much useless as a report.

All I need are time/date, origin number, and destination number, but I need it for a different ~45 day period in the past.

I know the data is there, since I can pull it up with RTMT Real Time Data(data from March, for example).
