Hi ,
We configured the custom Alert in the RTMT & configure email address to send the notification.
we observerd that from the Publisher it tries to send the notification but it got the error message like 501 5.1.7 Invalid Address.
Account used by the RTMT is RTMT_Admin .
Is account has to be configure in the exchange with same account name RTMT_Admin ?
What is the exact procedure to achive the same.
Thanks All

Basically you are trying to relay messages from the Publisher to Exchange By default, Exchange does not allow SMTP messages to be relayed. You will need to configure smtp relay messaging on Exchange only allow the IP address of the Publisher to relay messages.
On the RTMT notifications, use the IP address of the Exchange server, not the FQDN name.

On your publisher, log into the CLI and add in a domain name to your server.. it can be anything...
Your exchange admin should be able to allow anything from the IP address of the Publisher and the mycompany.com shouldn’t matter. Most likely, your CUCM cluster is not using DNS for anything, so you don’t need to have DNS in the server, but you can put the domain name in off the cli. It may require a reboot though
