Run On All Active Unified CM Nodes

Hi,

in new version of CUCM, in route list, there is a check box,

"Run On All Active Unified CM Nodes", based on Cisco documentation it syas: to run on every node, check this check box

Could someone explain it a bit, once we add a route list, it will be added to all Subscriber by default. what is the urpose of having it?
