Hello Cisco Team,
My customer is looking for an option in the cisco IP phones, which is saving 'missed calls' to his personal directory. Is it possible? If yes, can you please refer some guide to follow.

No, this option does not exist at this moment with Cisco IP Phone.

I feel this is just a basic need of a user. Will this be on their roadmap?

Hi Ginesh,
I'm not from Cisco and therefore wouldn't be the best person to answer if this on the roadmap or not, but i'm not sure if this would even be on the list. For an IP Phone, it is not even a mandatory for a user to be logged in or be associated with.
If this is required as a feature, it should be routed to the Accounts team for them to see if a feature request does exist and if not, submit a new one.
