Running CallManager 7.1(2) I had our staging group put SCCP loads on 7911s.
Onsite I plug the phones in and see Unprovisioned. Like they are trying to use SIP!?!
We are all SCCP, the phones are in CallManager correctly as SCCP.
Any ideas? If they do have SIP loads on them how do I convert them back to SCCP?

Check again if they are SIP or SCCP. You can use the reset sequence to convert them easily. Just check you have the correct (SCCP) term06.default.loads and term11.default.loads on the TFTP server.

Does the # at PowerOn, then 123456789*0# have anything to do with changing between SIP and SCCP?
We did a factory reset using that sequence, wondering if that has something to do with the change from SCCP to SIP.
Will be onsite later.

Yes, at that point phone looks for termxx.default.loads and the related files.
If by mistake you kept the SIP version of that, it would convert to SIP and get stuck there.

Make sure the IP phone's phone load name or device defaults firmware name is available in CUCM TFTP > TFTP File Management
