SCCP Admin State: DOWN

Hi All,

What will happen to SCCP phones registered to CME when the "SCCP Admin State changes to DOWN" which means SCCP goes down ?

Phones will remain registered. The SCCP application (enabled with the "sccp" command) is related to conference/transcoder registration. SCCP phones use this protocol but are not dependent on the SCCP application being enabled on the router.

I would like to add some more questions to it : 

SCCP is still down : 

++ Would phones be able to register now ?

++ As it said that it is related to the SCCP application so would phones be able to make call after it has been disabled ?

Yes, phones can register and make calls with the SCCP application down.
