SCCP to SIP phone busy tone issue

Dears,
Hope you are doing well

I have the following scenario;    Error "SIP/2.0 404 Not Found"

CME (ver 8.5) SCCP IP Phone(212)-->LAN(SIP Trunk)-->Grand Stream UCM 6208 Device--> SIP IP phone(6000)--> Fast Busy Signal......
But the opposite direction works fine.
I tried may scenarios using dial-peer 601 settings and do a test call debug as shown in the text file. Every change was made followed by a test call as shown.
Please go through it to solve my issue taking into consideration the below;
!
voice class codec 6
codec preference 1 g729r8
codec preference 2 ilbc
codec preference 3 g711ulaw
codec preference 4 g711alaw
!
voice class codec 100
codec preference 1 g711ulaw
codec preference 2 g711alaw
codec preference 3 g723r53
codec preference 4 g729r8
codec preference 5 g729br8
codec preference 6 g726r32
codec preference 7 g728
!

regards,

Most of the thrid party system, they need to add route on their UCM system. I am not sure about the grand stream. but check if there is any such configuration in Grand stream.

Most probably this could be the issue with configurations in grand stream.

Hi,

Its not a problem with codec. Its a call routing problem. Your debug is
showing 404 error coming from grandstream. Make sure that 6000 is the right
extension at grandstream. Also, if there are any translations make sure
that they are working properly. Finally, ensure that the phones are
registered.

Thanks for both of you, Nithin Eluvathingal and Mohammed.

Grandstream has inbound route to be configured to receive calls from Cisco SCCP phones..
