Screen grab from a connected KEM unit?

Hi.

Is anyone aware if it is possible to capture a screen grab from the KEM unit(s) connected to an IP telephone?

I can't find a procedure for the KEM unit. Is it perhaps a case of varying the URL from /Screenshot for the main screen to something else for the KEM?

I've tried a few obvious things like /KEM etc...

Not possible through CISCO product for KEM, you can try below 3rd party they may self.

Hi Andrew,

Unfortunately not possible for KEM, the above two softwares give you trial run , you can install them and see if it serves the purpose for now.
