unable to access web interface of 8851

I have now a 3PCC version 8851 and when i try to connect to the web interface it says cisco in title bar and just a spinning hour glass

 

i have tried multiple browsers and still same issue

factory reset - same issue

 

software ver sip88xx.11-0-1mpp-477.loads

 

I am coming from using all Cisco 303 phones with an asterisk server, any help is appreciated

11.0(1) firmware.  Wow.  That is really, really old firmware.  

It was released way back 29 June 2017.  

well this is the version that came with the phone i just bought, which version do you recommend ?

Something recent.

Information i have found to update firmware requires getting into the web interface to change the upgrade settings and using a tftp server, if i cannot get into that what other way can i do this

 

What kind of browser are you using? 

Do you have any browser running on, say, Windows 7 or 8?

I have tried firefox, Chrome and Edge

 

I only have windows 10 avail

I suspect Adobe Flash.

Now that you're able to get access, update the firmware and see if it makes any difference with newer browsers.
