For an FXS connected device, the FXS port provides (initial) dial tone. There is no
facility within the FXS to provide secondary dial tone. The only way that you can provide
secondary dial-tone is to look at MGCP Gateways, and allow CCM to provide the secondary
dial-tone.

Is this a CME?

If this is a CME,
the secondary dial-tone can be configured using the
telephony-service

Thnx Payal,
This is not CME. It means there is no way to provide secondary dial tone in my scenario.
