secure srst mode

I need to deploy SRST FALLBACK on local router ISR4321 version 16.6.4

The CUCM cluster is in mix mode version 12.5.1.13900-152

The customer have 8811 and 7821 IP phones

all the phones are on secure profile TLS (encrypted)

When I test the SRST only not secure phones able to connect the router on fail over

Do you think I need security license to config this feature on the router ?

you need SECURITY and UC licenses.

For Secure SIP SRST to be supported on Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers, enable these technology package licenses on the router:

    security    uck9

thank you very much but do you think there is solution to configure  non secure srst  register to ip phones  in secure mode ?

 During the WAN outage To keep the phones in secure mode you need  Secure SRST configured. And there is no alternative for this.
