Security office deployment options

Hi,

We have a request from our Security office requesting to have a queue system set in place for calls however they still require an option for urgent/priority calls. I was wondering how some of you set up your security office lines.

There is a feature called MLPP which forces higher priority calls to terminate lower priority calls. It can also be associated to special indicators such a special ringtone (assuming your phones support it). I'm not familiar with any technology which has superceded it, but it's been around for a very long time.
