7861 not showing called number on the phone display

Hi,
We have 7861 phones with CUCM V11 and phone Rel 12-0-1-11.

When calling internal numbers we can see on the phone display the name of the person we called to.

When calling external number we don't see the number we dialled on the display.

Any idea ? on others phone type we can see the "TO...number" during the call

does it happen with certain type of external number or all?

Are other working phones sccp or sip?

this happen on all externall calls.

other phones types working fine both sccp (7970 for example) and sip (7821)

Please upgrade the IP Phone's firmware  to 12.1.1  and see if this issue occurs after upgrade also

I upgraded the phone to Ver 12-1-1SR1-4 and have the same problem
