Hi,
Talking about them, its only needed that be at least two USB Tokens to implement the CTL file? Must they be compliant with any specification to match any CUCM release ??
Thaks in advance.

Correct two tokens needed to run the CTL client, you cannot do it with one, you can use more if you would like. Using more than 2 simply allows for more tokens to be lost before you get in to trouble. There are only two releases of the tokens one and the only one you can currently order is for CUCM 4.3+ so it will work with CUCM 4.3 through the latest 8.6(1). There used to be a CUCM 4.0+ version token that is no longer available. So there the simple answer is no they are not CUCM version specific.

Not on the physical tokens. If you still have the envelope that the tokens are shipped in it shows it there. If you know your contract number or order number we can look it up for you to check. How long ago did you order the tokens? If you ordered them in the last year you probably have the 4.3+ version. The only reason the version would impact you is if you're trying to use them with CUCM 4.1 or 4.2 (which are both end of suport). The new tokens will work with everything else.

Ok, is there any place that you can see which version of token is, or where is that number located ?
Thanks.
