Hello,

I have a cucm 12.5 with a 8851 phones , I add the user to the phone with the respective groups. but every time I try to login I get the error says the user has no privilege."standar ccm end users"

Hi,

To access Self Care Portal, you need to assign Standard CCM End Users role to the end user (User Management >> User Group). If you do not add the user to this group, the user cannot view and update the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal.
