I'm having an issue where I get a cdr report and can't get the "send" option to work in order to email the report to someone. I get am "error 10011 system error" message. Maybe I don't have the mail parameters set properly under the system mail configuration settings in CAR? Any ideas or hints on exactly what's needed to make it work?

Yes, check your mail parameters in CAR. You should also check with the admin of your SMTP relay host to make sure that:
a. He/she isn't blocking your CUCM host from using the SMTP relay. Some relays (especially when relaying to externa SMTP aliases) are configured to block all hosts except a discrete list of approved hosts (i.e. a "white list").
b. Check to see if authentication is required to use the SMTP server.

Tim,
I was also wondering if you get any errors when trying to view a CDR report directly? Also, can you check your system logs to see if you are getting a 30061 error when CAR is attempting to collect CDRs? There is a possibility you are running into a software defect.
