Separating Jabber traffic from data traffic

Hello everyone,

I'm used to have a traditional voice vlan where I can send traffic one way over an MPLS and data over VPN or Internet, however, I'm at a place that no longer has voice vlans as they have all jabber. Any thoughts on how one can seperate the traffic? I thought about PBR, but ports can be random. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

It is possible to use the UDP port ranges but that might have predictable results. Other more accurate way to use QoS / Medianet and route using DSCP marking or if router/switch is capable, by application.
