Whats the best way to set up during business hours a number to go to voicemail if not answered. After business hours it goes to a greeting saying we are closed and then it just hanges up with no ability to leave a VM. We use CUCM 188.8.131.5200-14, and unity 184.108.40.20600-29
Either do it like @Roger Kallberg says, or send the call directly to Unity, based on the schedule, you send the call back to CUCM (during office hours) or play the closed greeting. This is a very common scenario and I bet you find tons of old posts discussing the exact same question.
