Setting to skip the name announcement in Unity Connection?

Hello all,

I am setting up a greeting for a general mailbox and I want to bypass the name identification in the account in unity (on the user basics page).  I can't find the place to set the mail box so that it rings straight to the greeting.

Can someone here in the support community assist?

Can you please elaborate on what your exact requirement is?

Every account is defined with username, so that cannot be skipped, are you asking about configuration of the account or functionality?

Hi Chris,

I am trying to set up a mailbox that skips the users recorded name.  I have a few other mailboxes set up like this but I can't remember where I check this off to get skipped.

I want callers to hear a greeting and then have the option to leave a message or select a different option that I will set up via caller input.

Any ideas?

when they record the greeting the recorded name will no longer be heard when reaching their mailbox.
