Setup of SRST as CME to enable VG224/SCCP Pickup & park access

CUCM 9.1 and SRST ver 9.

We have a SRST site with 3, VG224's setup as SCCP. They register to SRST and operate ok on failover. I'm looking for some pointers on setting up Telephony Services to enable Call Pickup by the VG224 ports during failover. A snippet of a similar Telephony-Service config would be a great help.
