Setup phones to get an outside operator

How do I setup my phones so that users can get an outside operator. When I say outside operator I mean at&t operator.

please always include that information when asking for assistance

basic steps would be to create a dial-peer or route patterns to outside world and use a translation pattern or translation rule to change the number to PSTN, pretty easy

k, basic steps would be

decide the number they will dial for operator, if it's going to be 0 then just create a route pattern 0 and send it to the PSTN.

if something else then you can use a translation pattern or the route pattern directly, there is nothing weird on setting this. it's going to be like any other PSTN call

dial , match a route pattern, send it to PSTN
