SFTP trouble

I am trying to use Cisco Unified Operating System Administration/Software Upgrades/Install/Upgrade to install a .sgn file for a new type of phone. I put in the info for our SFTP server (using the Remote Filesystem choice), but when I click Next, the only thing that happens is the bottom left of the IE page says Error on Page. I can connect to the SFTP server using WINSscp, so I don't think the problem is with the SFTP server. I am using version 6.1.2.1106-1. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

which SFTP server are you using? I suggest you use free FTPD

Attach is a documentation on how to use SFTP server with CCM5.1..Its the same with CCM6.1

Thanks for the info, but it looks like I just needed to reboot the phone server. Once I did that I was able to do the install with no problem.
