so i work for a school system that has shared ext on front desk phones. when the phones fall into SRST i cant get both lines to ring simultaneously. i have read about shared lines on esrst and dual lines configs. how can i set it up to where both phones with the same ext ring when a call comes in when the phones are in srst?
