Shared/Roll Over lines not Ringing

We have an issue where 4 to 5 users who have shared lines - rollover ( eg. 2345 Line 1 , 2345 Line 2)  on there respective phones, and when the calls come on the second line, the user's to do not get the neccessary prompt.

The Line  1 for rollover ( lines) has a max call and busy trigger of 2 and 1 respectively.

What else or what more we can check to start with as these are important users who need each other lines on the phone ringing properly.

So, the call does not arrive on line 2 or it arrives but does not ring?

If the first, then ensure the Forward Busy CSS is set to a CSS that has access to the partition of line 2.

If the second ensure Line 2 Ring Setting is set to desired option.

The resolution was to check all the devices that had those shared line on the phone and check the Call Forward settings on the line page and then set the max call and busy trigger to 2: 1 .
