Show department name on a 7941

Hi all

I have a setup with a UC520 and some 7941 phones. 2 main phone numbers and 2 departments. I would like to show the department name on the phone when it rings, so the person who answers the phone knows what to say :). Is that possible?

Hi,

the easiest way is that you configure two ephone-dn for the departments, and assign one to each button. This way is immediate to see on which line the call in coming into.
