SIP/2.0 487 SIP Account not found

Hello All,

I am completely newbie for this field, please forgive if there were any mistakes from my side...

I am trying to configure calls between two SIP accounts that is between VICI and MATRIX PBX, but receiving an error stating below.

Hi Akula,

It looks like matrix voip server doesn't have proper account that you are trying to call and returning 200ok with SIP account not found so you may want to focus on that .Also can you attached full set of logs with initial invite and trying messages.thanks

I am not having complete knowledge on this devices and technologies.

Its my humble request if possible can you please take remote access of my system and check the configurations I am unable to get all those logs what ever you asked.

Its an emergency for my start up , please don't mind..
