Hi,
we recently upgraded our cucm 6.0 to version 11.0. in a isolated set up.
The upgrade path was: CUCM 6.1.4.1212-1 --> CUCM 8.6.2.21900-5 --> CUCM 11.0.1.20000-2
After the upgrade none one the phones are able to register with the CUCM. All phones are cisco 7945 model.
It gives the error "Registration rejected: Security Error"
I tried clearing the security setting, and still the phone doesn't register.
But if I delete a phone and add it manually by keying in the mac address and other parameters it registers straight away.
Have anyone faced such an issue before, if yes how did you fix it?
