We have CME 11.7 with SIP Phones 7811, 7821, 8831, 8845, 8851 and all of the phones have the correct time apart of the 8831.
8831 phone has the Firmware 10-3-1SR3-5 which is the latest.
Does anyone know how can I fix this?
I did a Factroy Reset but unfortunately it does not erase the Firmware.
I did it with both ways (Mute Button and Apps=>Admin Settings=>Reset Settings=>All) as described bellow.
The phone whatsoever boots up normally like nothing happened and as an active firmware I see the 10-3-1-SR3-5 which is the latest I configured manually in the beginning of the CUCME configuration.
I also changed the command load 8831 10-3-1-SR3-5.sip to load 8831 10-3-1-SR2-2.sip which is the previous firmware in "voice register global" but nothing changed.
Clock still remains wrong in this phone..

Copy the "TzDataCSV.csv" and "tzupdater.jar into CME router flash.
