SIP CME out going call Issue

Hello Experts, I'm a beginner in cisco Voice Spectrum and give a crispy solution

Recently I configured a Cisco 29xx CME SIP trunk, The Service provider has provided 10 line extension numbers.

 

we have around 45 Cisco IP telephones and users they want to call outside. currently, 2 PSTN lines are connected into the FXO ports and users are being used, outgoing external call over FXO ports.

 

 

 

based on the business requirements we have to be increased the number lines. SIP service team provides a dedicated ethernet line and its connection into the cisco CME router too. Now the incoming calls are working fine over SIP numbers. However, outgoing calls are not working well.

i refered many cisco forum, related SIP configurations and made the configurations as attched . Now all incoming SIP numbers are perfectly hiting our CUE AA piolt very well.

 

 

 

Here extension# 500 belongs to CUE AA pilot and 199 is an IP phone Extension. we want to set all IP Phone extensions capable to call outside.  IP phones range 100-199

when we try to make an outgoing call using by 9T , listening a fast busy tone and call cannot be completed. I believe there is a configuration issue related to the Translation Rule. since we have 10 SIP extensions, all IP phone users want to call external calls over SIP lines. if one line busy, user can able to be connected other lines automatically. this is our main goal

 

since an outgoing call cannot be completed, could you please assist anyone.

Hi,

It seems like the number - 0570793163 you are sending to the Provider is incomplete or incorrect. Please check on which number you need to send and do the translation accordingly.

please find attached call logs, when I call from the same mobile number to SIP number.

0570793163 Saudi Arabian mobile number and it's correct too.

we have 2 analog lines and it's connected into the FXO port, if I try to call the same number (0570793163) from over FXO port call working well.

However, when we try to call over SIP trunk line Which is (9T) call cannot be made

Please refer debug logs while a call into a mobile number from IP Phone over SIP
