SIP connection issues

Hii,

 

I have a SIP connection between Cucm9.6 and Cucm10.5 and when I place a call from 7841 devices the call is OK but when I call from 6945 and 7931 we cannot  here anything. I think the setup is OK because the call work fine from 7841, any ideas what can be the problem????

Does the call actually complete?  Are the Calling Search Spaces the same?  What about the device pools?  Do the codecs differ?

 

We are going to need some logs or something tangible to help.

The same CSS and the codec G729.

Hey Brandon,

 

I manage to find the issues. The guys from LAN forgot to route the Voice VLAN to Wan and the calls from that VLAN not work properly.
