Below is my configuration on voice gateway :

outgoing called-number 001886.+

debug condition match-list 1 exact-match
debug ccsip messages
And I check the debug status
show debugging
CCSIP SPI: SIP Call Message tracing is enabled (filter is ON)
But , I still be able to see the SIP message , even it doesn't match the debug condition as below :

Can be a bug. Find another way to do your troubleshooting, or report to the TAC.

Hi Ron,
It seems to be a bug for this firmware. I've tried to upgrade fw to version c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M2 and the the SIP filter is working now.
