IP Telephony and Phones

Currently we have a client using CUCM 9.1.1.2000-5 users can add contact on their CUCMEND user page but it wont show up on your phone personal address book, they are using 7945 and 7965 phones?Any thoughts....

Gurus,I have a call manger running 8.6 and have to change the subnet mask to allow for an expanded scope.  Will this cause a problem with the ITL the way changing the IP address will?  I don't want to blow up all the phones if I can avoid it.Thanks!!
