SIP Error Codes

Hi guys, 

I know that ya'll will probably want the debug output,  but my organization is running a Cisco CME and we just started registering our Cisco 7821 via SIP and for some reason when we dial a specific call bridge. The call will always end at 16 minutes. It never fails. Ran a few debugs and I'm getting a Disconnect cause CC: 16 and Disconnect Cause (SIP): 200 and I'm unsure what these error codes mean. I know that didnt give you guys much information, but just wondering if anybody had a clue. Thank you.
