SIP Fax CUCM keeps Unregistering

I have setup a fax as a third party SIP device (Basic) and it registered and was able to receive a fax however it keeps switching to unregistered on me any time I try to send an outbound fax.  It also will randomly go into unregistered sometimes even when I am not sending an outbound fax.

Hi,

It seems that your fax goes to sleep which is causing this. You need to
check your fax settings. CUCM will consider the device unregistered if not
SIP Register keepalives are received within certain time frame.

This sort of just resolved itself.  Not sure what I did to fix it.
