Hi guys,
My client is having Cisco 9971 SIP phones. We already configured for intercoms between these phones and it is working.
We are having a software based SIP phone from AMX. We configured that also. But when I am trying intercom call from the software based SIP phone to the Cisco 9971 SIP phone. It is giving error reason q.850 cause=65.
How can I resolve this?
Is there anything I have missed in configuration?
