SIP IP phone line goes to CFA after the call is ended

Hi,


we have CME 12.0 with IOS version isr4300-universalk9.16.06.05.SPA.bin
Firmware version: sip78xx.12-5-1SR1-4 , All phones are 7841

 

we have the following issue:

SIP IP phone line goes to CFA after the call is end ( previously the call was transferred)

I explain the details:

1. IP phone A calls to IP phone B
2. Phone B transfer the call to IP phone C ( blind o consult)
3. The call is established between IP phone A and IP Phone C
4. After the call is finished the line of IP phone A goes to CFA to extension of IP phone B

5. we need to disable CFA in order to receive calls on IP phone A.

 

We have tried also firmware 78xx.12-0-1-11 and 78xx.11-7-1-17 but the same results.

 

Any suggestion for avoiding  this behavior?

I am having a similar problem with group pickup

Environment is CME 11.5 running on ISR4331, phones are all Cisco-CP8851/11.5.1

when a group pickup is done, the phone that did the pickup is set to cfa to the group number

for example a gpickup for Group 4, cfa the phone to 4 (invalid number)

how/why is this happening, what can i do to prevent this?

this renders any phone that did a pickup unreachable

this may be closely related to the issue of the original members post
