SIP IP phone registering with private IP

HI there,

We are having problems registering our ip phones with the external SIP provider. The phones are trying to use the internal IP address for some reason, even though NAT has been configured on sep.cnf.xml.

Here is the configuration file entries:

		<natEnabled>true</natEnabled>
		<natAddress>XX.XX.XX.XX</natAddress>

We have been searching for possible issues, but can't find what it's really the issue.

Re: SIP IP phone registering with private IP

The entire SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml only contains those two lines? :P
If you need help then we'll need more than those two crummy lines.
