Hi
We are using A Cisco 2951 as CUBE.
On one site we have a SIP trunk connected to our the SIP trunk provider and on the other side we have a SIP trunk to an IVR application.
The Provider sends an options PING to the CUBE and the CUBE answers. So...the Provider does know when the CUBE is up/down.
We also can send an option PING from the CUBE to the IVR and the IVR answers as well. So....the CUBE does know when the IVR is up/down.
The challenge:
What we want to achieve is that the Provider also knows when the IVR is down.
Is there is way to pass-through the IVR status to the Provider?
Any help is welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Wim

The only option is to bypass the CUBE and send options PING directly from the provider to the IVR. I doubt you want to do this. So it looks like its impossible with your current set up.

+5 for Ayodeji..
We cannot setup options ping directly from IVR to ITSP through CUBE.
