I found a Panic button that is capable of doing SIP protocal and is supposedly configurable in our Call Mananger 7.x.x.
http://www.cyberdata.net/products/voip/digitalanalog/callbutton/docs.html
Our GW is H323 but I was wondering if we needed to also implement SIP in this GW in order for this to work since all of our registered phones are using SCCP
Our goal is to have these "Panic Buttons" hidden from view and if something happens then the user can just press it without being noticed.
Thanks in Advance,
J

CallManager can have both SCCP and SIP devices registered and functioning at the same time, that's what Paolo was indicating. You can just register the panic button directly to call manager and use it like it were a phone.

You don't need to use SIP on the GW if you have SIP devices in your CUCM.
