Hi All,
7841 Phone in Remote site (Over the WAN) getting unregistered frequently. Everytime phone unregistered due to keepalive timeout with cause code 13.
Has any other fine tuning can be do in CUCM avoid this frequent unregistration

Hi,
You can check the QOS settings to make sure the signaling traffic is marked with correct COS & DSCP value and is given adequate bandwidth. If its only specific to 7841 and other models are working fine then can you check the bug below:

Hi Assem,
Thanks for your reply Aseem. Active firmware of Phone is 10-3-1-12. Since 10.3 (1) is mentioned as known affected version let me try with firmware upgrade and update you.
