SIP Phones with Cisco call manager 7.1 "Failed to establish call"

Dear Cisco Support

I am facing problem with SIP Phones.i am using X-Lite 4 with  CUCM version 7.1.3.

i registered my phone as a Third-party SIP Device (Advanced) and it registered with CUCM showing

Registered with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 192.168.X.X.

I have internal extension 7XXX and i have 8 digit local dialing

when i am making internal extension it works fine there is no problem but when i dialled local 8 digit d ialling it is giving me below error message

"Failed to establish call"

Below are the steps i follow to configure X-lite phone.

1 - Create End user (Assocaite device  and select  Primary Extension e.g 2004.

2- Add new phone using Sip third party advanced.

3- Select Digest user and owner and also associate user on with the phone.

i am facing this problem only with X-Lite SIP Phones Can some one guide me where i am missing something.

Hi Jamil,

Do you have CSS Group assigned to the X-Lite Device End point ??

If so that CSS group contains the partition which contains the 8 Digit dialling Routepattern

Try to utilize the "Dialed Number Analyzer"  to check whethere your Xlite is permitted to call the 8 Digit Dialling.
