Hi guys,
I have a client who is using 2911 as the voice gateway which is connecting between Nortel and SIP Server.
The PSTN calls made by SIP Phones use 2911 to route calls to Nortel (which is connected to 2911 through PRI).
They are also using an IVR application which is running off SIP server as well.
The issue as blind transfer between SIP and Nortel is not working.
I did a 'debug ccsip messages'.
Here is what is standing out in my debugs:
Sent:
NOTIFY sip:8971@192.168.4.11:5060 SIP/2.0 <-- 8971 is the number that i dialed. It exists on IVR and it does a blind transfer to my cell phone. 192.168.4.11 is the voice gateway.
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.4.241:5060;branch=z9hG4bK4D270 <-- 192.168.4.241 is the 3rd party SIP server.
From: <sip:1180@192.168.4.241>;tag=EE9D3918-37E <-- 1180 is the number on Nortel side. Its my calling number.

Any help in solving this would be appreciated.

You need to post the entitre trace for failure case, not just fragments.

To make it short, cisco makes a call for 94168268250 to PBX, that is rejected.
Is PBX configured to allow calls to that number ? Check with PBX technicians.
