I have a capture of a failed outbound fax call via SIP. Sometimes the calls work and sometimes they don't. I have attached the captured and wanted to see if someone could review the debug to help determine would could be causing the issue here. The called number is 8663336633. It is the only called number in the debug.
I'm seeing things like the following that stand out to me.
OFFER_ALL, REINVITE_NEEDED, UNIVERSAL_XCODER = 0 0 0
SIP/Info/sipAddSipContainerToCallEntry: Unable to add passthru hdrs to container
SIP/Info/sentByeResponse: Sent 200ok to the BYE, tearing down the call
SIP/Info/sipSPIGetContentGTD: No GTD found in inbound container
SIP/Error/sipSPI_ipip_FreeSipRawSdp: no sdp to free
SIP/Info/sipSPIUpdateRtcpSession: Not able to Associate DSCP Profile with GCCB dscp_policy = 0x0, IS_SIPSPI_MODE_IN_SIP_SIP = 1 dscpPolicySeviceBlock = 0x0

Hi,
Could you please describe in more details what you mean by the call is not working, what I can see is disconnect cause 16:
Normal call clearing.
also if you can tell us the call flow, because you are using G.729 codec.

This is a fax machine and the users are getting a report on the fax machine that the call failed. If they try again, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, they just keep trying and it eventually works. The dial-peer is setup for t38.
fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback none
Would be easier to troubleshoot if it always failed but with it failing sometimes and sometimes not, I feel like I'm spinning my wheels here.
