Hey Guys,
I am having some problems with SIP trunks going to a Motorola device. Are there any debug commands I can use to check the status of my sip trunk or any other trouble shooting tools I can use to get through this problem. Thanks for your help. Let me know if you need additional information.

A SIP originating from what ?
CM, CME ?

The SIP is originating from Callmanager 6.1.3.

Hi,
For SIP trunk from CUCM to Motorola device, you will need to look at the callmanager service traces. You need to enable SIP traces in the serviceability page and collect the traces using RTMT.

I was looking at the serviceability page and I did not see a place to enable SIP traces. Is it called something else or should it be pretty obvious?
