hello
I have cucm version 9.1.2.12900-11.
when I calling via sip trunk to menu, the DTMF doesn't work
through pri it works .
I tried to change setting in sip trunk (dtmf signaling method) and it is not working
Please advise.

what is the call flow?
CUCM---sip---CUBE---sip---Provider?
what is the DTMF method set on the CUCM SIP Trunk configuration?
if it is CUBE, what is the dtmf method configured on the inbound & outbound dial-peers?

I assume the Box you mean here is Cisco Gateway (CUBE).
can you post the running config? what is the dtmf method your provider expects to receive?
can you collect "debug ccsip message" and post the log?

The box doesn't Cisco Gateway.

Perhaps, you should try setting 'RFC2833' first in the CUCM SIP Trunk or 'No Preference.
You can collect CCM Traces and check what is the DTMF negotiated between CUCM & the Box.
