SIP Trunk incoming call working but on tcl ivr unable to collect digits

Hi,

SIP trunk calls are hitting on ivr but unable to collect digits but on PRI tcl digit collect is working.

So for sip trunk we tried to use different commands in Incoming dial peer.

Configurations and logs are attached.

dial-peer voice 5001 voip
 translation-profile incoming CALL_IN
 session protocol sipv2
 incoming called-number 518700357
 voice-class codec 1  
 no vad

Following commands tried but not working

dtmf-relay rtp-nte

dtmf-relay rtp-nte h245-signal h245-alphanumeric

dtmf-relay sip-notify rtp-nte

dtmf-relay sip-notify h245-signal

dtmf-relay rtp-nte h245-signal

Kindly review and suggest.

try using "dtmf-relay sip-kpml rtp-nte"

Also, please share the complete call flow for working and non working calls.

Call flow is like.

SIP TRUNK (On Switch)==> ROUTER (TCL IVR)==>CUCM.

tried your command but issue remains same.

No new deployment, with different vendor.

But same scenario working on another site with sip different vendor.
