Cisco Unified Communications Manager SIP trunks do not seem to support Registration.
Does anyone know if this is possible or roadmapped?
i.e. thet support Digest Auenthication but the Trunk itself does not attempt to register to the end point.
Ideally if you configure the SIP Realm e.g. sip.providername.com and you created a sip trunk to sip.providername.com, teh SIP trunk would register using the SIP realm username & Password.

Thanks Anas, I was aware this is possible with Cube, but find it odd that its not possible with CUCM.
I was hoping to see if there are any plans in CUCM in future if SIP Trunk Registration will be supported...
