Hi,
Please can someone tell what's the procedure follow to test the SIP Trunk deployed with the provider.

In a simple way, Call a number with which matches full route pattern and have only the sip trunk in the "Available devices" in the route group. so you are forcing the call to take this specific trunk and see if the call completes.

Below link shows best practice of SIP trunk for PSTn access. See if this helps in creating your test plan based on best practice.
Below link shows you tested configuration with tested service provider.
Not sure how much this will help you, But refering above doc will give you idea what to expect in SIP PSTN access.
