Hi,
i am new at Cisco IP Telephony. I have a 2921 CME 9.1.
I would like to configure a SIP Trunk to Broadsoft, but i don't know where i could find information for doing this?.. what do i need to configure?..
i have created a SIP Trunk to another CME without problem, this works great, and i have replicated that sip trunk config trying to create the sip trunk to broadsoft but it didn't work..
Hope somebody give the clues for this,
regards

Hi Anas,
thanks for your reply,
no, my service provider doesn't need credentials,
I have configured the dial-peer and voice service voip,
The sip-au is for credentials, is that correct?., so i think my configuration is ok..

Juan,
We use Broadsoft so I may be able to help. What is not working? Did broadsoft team provide you with the ip address to use and the port number to connect to. Broadsoft most times do not use the default port 5060. Do you have all your details correct?
Can you send your config, a description of whats failing and we can then take it from there...We may need to look at logs too
