Can someone help me with what steps i need to follow to troubleshoot sip trunking problems?

run RTMT and collect the trace logs of a test call you made across the trunk.

what exactly do we look for in RTMT?

depends on what problem you have, generally you would get the Call traces for a particular call and verify SIP signalling.

Looks like you may have opened duplicate threads. Please avoid opening multiple threads unless you have more than one issue.
